Chartway Credit Union proved that reaching pre-qualified members at the right moment turns existing data into funded loans.

The Challenge

Chartway had a clear goal: increase loans funded per member. They already had the data to support it, members who were pre-approved or eligible to apply for a loan but hadn’t yet acted. The challenge was activation: identifying those members and reaching them at the right time, in the right channel, before the moment passed.

The Solution

Chartway used Pulsate to turn eligibility data into proactive, persistent loan engagement, meeting members inside the banking app.

They built a segment of pre-approved and loan-eligible members through the TruStageโ„ข Digital Storefront, then ran the offer on the Pulsate Feed, where it stayed visible for a full month (July 16โ€“August 15).

The Results

The campaign turned everyday engagement into real lending growth:

  • $891K+ in new loans
  • 632% ROI
  • 51.3% growth factor
